600 transcription minutes and one summary per meeting. No advisory.
Buy →Real-time negotiation support
Give Intervoce the material – agreements, background info, known objections, and everything you know about the other party. Speak freely – in real-time, you get sharp answers to every objection, while everything said becomes ongoing notes.
Two streams simultaneously
A short quick-fire response gives you breathing room, while strategic advice keeps the negotiation on track. You choose how often support appears with Low, Medium, or High advisory intensity.
A short response you can say immediately: a time-buying answer, a counter-question, or a clarification that wins you breathing room. Fast enough for you to just sit silent for a second and think.
A thinking model that considers the entire background, your goals, and your pain point – and delivers arguments that hold up when the other party presses.
A quick glance is enough to get an overview without following every line on the screen. Strategic advice is collected in three cards, while the full transcript is available on the Notes tab.
What the other party seems to be trying to achieve behind their demands and arguments.
What you should be attentive to – for example, a concession that threatens your goals or limits.
A concrete suggestion for what you can say or do next to move the negotiation forward.
You can switch modes during the meeting without interrupting transcription. Focus and Strategy consume 1×; Power Mode consumes 2× until you turn it off. The mode changes the frequency of advice, not the AI model. Ask Now is included in Pro and Poweruser.
Two types of meetings
Not all important conversations are negotiations. Sometimes everyone is on the same side and needs to agree on a common line before meeting investors, the bank, or the board. Intervoce helps in both situations.
The advisor reads the opponent, points out what they actually want, warns against concessions you shouldn't make, and suggests the next move.
Everyone is on the same team. The advisor does not treat colleagues' objections as opposition, but instead helps move the discussion forward.
You select the meeting type at the top of the preparation and can change it during the meeting. After the meeting, you will receive a summary – and can prepare the next meeting with the brief already filled in.
The name
Intervoce is Latin, and it means exactly what the tool does.
pronounced in-ter-VO-che
Negotiations are not won by those who speak the most. They are won in the gap between the other party's statement and your answer – those three seconds when you don't yet know what to say. Most people fill the gap with an answer they regret, or with silence.
Intervoce lives in the gap. Every line from the other party is heard, weighed against your agreement, your goals, and your pain point, and placed in front of you as a suggestion: a short response on the spot, the thought-out counter-argument shortly after.
The name says 'between', not 'for'. It is not a voice that talks for you and no assistant that addresses the other party. It has no place in the room – only on your side of the screen.
Paste in agreements, goals, limits, and known objections.
Live advice in large text, like a teleprompter, while you speak.
Agreements, open questions, and next steps – directly afterward.
The voices
In physical meetings and phone calls, a single microphone captures all voices. Intervoce labels each voice with a number – Speaker 1, Speaker 2, Speaker 3 – and groups the lines into parties, so a single misjudgment cannot color the entire meeting.
Room acoustics matter: in a hard, echoing room, separation becomes more difficult. You get the best quality via video conference with shared tab audio. If the separation changes mid-meeting, a new 'Speaker N' might appear – name it again with a click on the label.
Use cases
This is just a small selection of use cases – basically anything where two parties are negotiating an agreement, a price, or terms, but also internal meetings without an opponent where you need to reach an agreement before a decision. The list is intended as inspiration: upload the documentation you have and enter your goals, your walk-away point, the background, and what you think the other party wants to achieve, and you will receive advice tailored to your specific meeting.
Upload the lease agreement. Clauses regarding termination, index, and supplements are interpreted while the landlord talks, and your pain point percentage is kept ready. With background on comparable premises and vacancies in the area, you get the arguments when the claim is that the rent is market-level.
Read the deep diveUpload the employment contract and collective agreement. When the employer says the budget is locked, you get answers that weigh in market salaries, benefits, and what is actually in the contracts – and a picture of what the employer likely has to work with.
Read the deep diveUpload SPA draft, LOI, or due diligence. Price adjustments, earn-outs, warranties, and indemnity clauses are interpreted while the buyer talks, and you are reminded of your pain point in enterprise value when the bid is lowered.
Read the deep diveUpload framework agreement, price list, or SLA agreement. You get answers on price increases, lock-in periods, and index clauses, with control over your exit rights and what changing suppliers would cost.
Read the deep diveUpload the collaboration agreement draft. Intervoce monitors revenue sharing, ownership, exclusivity, and termination, and keeps your goal when the negotiation ends up on terms you haven't considered.
Read the deep diveUpload scope, hourly rates, and liability terms. When the client wants more for the same money, you get arguments for change requests, payment terms, and how disputes will be resolved.
Read the deep diveNo counterparty
Select 'Internal strategy meeting' and enter the investors as the external party. During the meeting, you see where you agree on valuation, dilution, and option pool, which disagreements remain, and how investors are likely to react to the proposal.
Read the deep diveNo counterparty
Upload board documents, budget, and contract drafts. The advice separates what is formally decided from what is discussion, and prepares you for the bank, investors, or the buyer who must say yes.
Read the deep diveNo counterparty
Gathers sales, finance, and legal around a mandate: price range, delivery times, and what you can actually promise. The advice marks when a concession needs to be recalculated before it becomes a promise to the customer.
Read the deep diveSelect Internal strategy meeting and write what you need to agree on, who is participating, and who the decision is aimed at – for example, investors, a bank, or the board. During the meeting, you will see where you already agree, what needs to be solved, and how the external party is likely to react.
No documents need to be uploaded – you can just as easily paste the agreement and background into the text fields.
Compatibility
Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex – nothing to install, no bot to invite to the meeting, and no new link to send to the other party.
Teams, Meet, Zoom, and Webex all run in the browser. Open the meeting there and share the tab – then the audio reaches Intervoce. If the meeting is in the desktop app, open the same link in the browser instead.
Your microphone captures you, the shared tab captures the other party, and each line is transcribed on its own side in the log. Use headphones or a headset so the other party doesn't echo into your microphone.
Tab audio is read in Chrome and Edge, on Windows and Mac. In Safari and Firefox, the other party only reaches via the speaker and your microphone – it works, but the words become vaguer.
In physical meetings, the phone is enough: set it up in front of you so the microphone hears both you and the other party. The voices are labeled as Speaker 1, 2, 3… and you can give each voice a name while you talk. Add the app to your home screen so it starts like a normal app. Video meetings with tab audio require a computer.
Open the meeting in the browser and share the tab for Intervoce, so it hears the other party while you talk freely into the microphone.
When the meeting is finished, you get a summary of the discussion: what you agreed on, what remains, and what the next steps are.
If the other party's voice comes out of the speakers, it can echo into your microphone and be marked as yours. With headphones or a headset, only you are heard in the microphone – then Intervoce always knows who is saying what.
The other party doesn't need to do anything and doesn't see that Intervoce is present. Therefore, it is your responsibility to inform the other party before the call – in many countries, it is required that all participants know about the transcription.
Language in the call
The language selector only controls the texts on the website and in the app. The function itself – transcription and advice – handles significantly more languages. You choose the conversation language for each negotiation, so you can use the app in Swedish and negotiate in German.
| Quality | Languages |
|---|---|
| Excellent | Swedish, English, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Serbian, Macedonian, Catalan, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay |
| High | Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Bosnian, Belarusian, Chinese, Cantonese, Hindi, Bangla, Persian, Kazakh, Filipino, Tamil |
| Good | Croatian, Arabic, Korean, Hebrew, Thai, Armenian, Urdu |
The table shows all languages that can be chosen as the conversation language.
